Territory Exclusivity: Many Internet Marketing companies will not give exclusive territory for new case ad responses that come in from their websites or portals.

Ad Response Exclusivity: Most lawyer marketing companies will not give complete exclusive ownership to one law firm for each new case ad response then generate.

 GP: Each Ad Response is exclusive to your firm.

Paying for clicks not for new business:   If you speak with an Internet Marketing company you will normally hear the quickest and best way to get business is through a PPC program. That means you pay anytime someone clicks on your site. If they leave and never contact you or if your competition or a marketing solicitor visits you, guess what, pay for each click regardless of them having no interest in retaining your services.

Long Term contracts:  Almost every Lawyer Marketing company available today will require you to enter into some sort of long term contract.
