GP  works with a network of websites and web portals that generate new case ad responses from people who may be interested in hiring an attorney.

 

We are an advertising and marketing company.

 

GP does not collect fees based on ad responses resulting in paying clients or cases. We are not referring cases.  We are engaging in internet marketing.

 

 

How it works:

·        A potential client will go to one of many legal portals:

·        They will complete a comprehensive online ad response  form requesting for a lawyer to contact them:

·        After they submit we will provide them with your firm name and contact information:

·        You will then be automatically emailed a copy of the ad response form, as to contact them ASAP.

·        At the same time the potential client will receive an email coming from your email address, thanking them and letting them know you will be in contact with them shortly, and giving them your full contact information so that they may contact your firm directly as well.

·        Access to a database to manage your case responses and to ensure you do not miss any via email.

 

Pricing

Prices are on a per ad response basis that meet the criteria for billing.  Prices vary based on practice area and geographical region.

 

 

Billing:

Each month we invoice you for the number of quality case lead responses you had received for the prior month that meets the billing criteria.

Invoices are sent by email and require payment within 5 days.

 

Credit Cards:  We accept Master, Visa and American Express.

 

Dispute process:  There is a dispute process where each attorney client will review responses in the database and provide a dispute request on a timely basis based upon company criteria for valid disputes.

 

To get started  A deposit of 30 -45 days of averaging billing will be required to keep on account, and is fully refundable ( as long as account is in good standing) or applied towards last month of invoicing.
